As quoted from www.tizen.org, "Tizen is an open source, standards-based software platform for multiple device categories, including smartphones, tablets, netbooks, in-vehicle infotainment devices, smart TVs, and more. My New Computer with Oneiric Ocelot
Last week, I got my new computer. Very great and exciting for me, since I began to leave Windows and try to migrate into an open source OS. And I chose Oneiric Ocelot, a code name of latest Ubuntu 11.10. Firstly, really difficult to operate Ubuntu. For common people, Windows maybe easier to be operated, since all applications served easily in simple display. To be expert as a Ubuntu user, I believe just operate it continually.
One thing very interesting on Onereic, is compizz application. Although, this application actually already provided since the preious release of Ubuntu. Compizz is an application to customize your desktop experiences, like window and cursor animation.
