According to ZDNet report, Mark Shuttleworth, founder of Canonical, the organization behind Ubuntu revealed that Ubuntu will expand its long-term aims into all computing devices, including mobile phone, tablet, also smart TVs. When Ubuntu for mobile will come to customer? Shuttleworth explained that right now Canonical is still focusing to establish next Ubuntu 12.04, the next long term support (LTS), as stable as possible to give an unity desktop interface. Once Ubuntu 12.04 finished, they promised to focus on this mobile space project.
I believe, many people are looking forward for Ubuntu's arrival. Moreover, Ubuntu as a Linux-based system which is available free and open source. If Ubuntu does appear on mobile space, it seems Android will be rivaled. So, wait for a while.
